free choice 2.07
Steve Harvey altruistically wrote the book Think like a Man to give assistance to the female audience. What kind of help? Help for women to understand men and to be better women, in and out of a relationship. He elaborates on his main point that is obscure to woman throughout the novel that “Men are simple”, and by the end of the book, the readers will understand why. He uses real life events from his life and incorporates them into each chapter creating a humorous touch. This book had me so hooked that I read the entire thing, cover to cover in a matter of hours! By the time I was finished I felt enlightened and that I could truly understand the complex mind of a man. I recommend it to any woman. To remember certain points I would use many of the superfluous tools to create notes. I would highlight important deals, for example, each chapter has a main topic and I would highlight one sentence from each chapter that best summarizes the chapter. I would do this so that if I ever look back at the book, instead of reading the entire novel over again I would go to each chapter and look for the highlighted main idea of each chapter. It is much easier. Also, I would place asterisks by the paragraph I found to have vital information or I just enjoyed reading. That too, is also a very useful tool to take notes while reading any selection.

Act Like A Lady, Think Like a Man by Steve Harvey FLVS PROJECT LESSON 1.03
Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man
I decided to cover the book by Steve Harvey , Act Like a Lady Think like Man. I like this book and decided to write about it because it reaches out to the female race about not only how to be in a committed relationship but to have a better understanding of men as a whole . It states that men are really simple creatures. I think this is a good book because it talks about real life issues that many women have to face everyday . I think what I fancy the most in this book is that this book is coming from a man's point of view, every detail is accurate in this book, and lastly it tells us women as a whole to have some standards when it comes to men so we don't get "played" and hurt in the end hence the title , "Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man."
